Nothing but Nutrition studying today. This course fails the most students in first semester. Morale is high and everyone has been partying and celebrating after the firs few exams, but Nut is just around the corner. I heard waaaay too many omg I don't remember what I did last night stories yesterday. Uh oh.
Nutrition tutor, study Nutrition, Physio TA, Anat Tutor, study Nutrition...exciting Sunday. A horde of firsties went to the beach today. I'm looking forward to NEXT weekend AFTER nutrition. Schedule: beach day Sat, Marriott brunch, Catamaran trip Sun (snorkeling with hawksbill turtles!! can't wait) No Tutors! No TA sessions! :D yay for midterms over soon!
I took a break to make some carrot cake cupcakes in my toaster oven. Yeah. Add cream cheese and you're golden. They are monstrously ugly (lumpy and burnt edges) given the use of the toaster oven, but they taste damn good. Mom would be proud.
