My new favorite vehicle name. Grammar isn't a concept that exists here. Take one sentence with about 10 words and cram it into 2 and that is how they speak here. Another taxi has a decal of a plane flying into the WTC and says jesus bless on the side. ??? So I got the apartment! It got a bit ugly, because as soon as the housing website went live there were students swarming it like sharks. My landlord said she had 3 other couples lined up behind me. I still need a roommate, and the search has proven to be interesting. No normal people yet, just the crazies have inquired. You'd think it wouldn't be all that hard to find somebody who is chill and will just do their own thing and not act creepy, crazy, and/or drunk. I've got til Dec and my rent is a steal for the property.
Went on my first 2 tank dive today, and went to Nevis for the first time. It's the sister island to St Kitts. The sites were fantastic: lobsters, rays, plenty of fish of every color. No sharks this time. My body is attempting to adjust and not succeeding. My ears are painful, and my head feels like I'm still on a violently rocking boat. At least I don't get seasick. I snapped at a few other students when they asked me questions in lab, so I locked myself in my room realizing I'm incredibly irritated from the ear imbalance. I also accidentally brushed up against fire coral and despite wearing a wetsuit, my arm is burning and swollen. I'm a mess at the moment. Should be better next time now that I know what to expect. The dive was definitely worth it.
Had marriott pizza shak dinner set our record dinner time for "fast food" - 2 hours! get excited that was lightning speed!!
Anatomy Exam at 7a tomorrow - I'm ready!
